Shipping Policy

All orders are individually printed and made just for you!

Processing and delivery can take up to 5-15 Business days after receiving full payment. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating that your order is on it's way.

If you order different items, they may come in separate shipments but still within estimated delivery times.

AUSTRALIAN AND USA CUSTOMERS

All orders are printed and made to order. Standard shipping takes 5-15 business days and slightly longer during busy seasons. Contact us if you're on a deadline. If you need an item faster, we may have affordable shipping upgrades available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We are able to print and ship in all major countries, including USA, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Canada, etc. Standard shipping takes 5-15 business days. Slightly longer in busy seasons. If you live outside these major countries please contact us to see how long delivery will take to your location.

Items are not shipped with insurance. For international deliveries the customs and duty fees are due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer, as they differ for each country. Purchases will not be marked as a "Gift".

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

For major holidays, please order 2-3 weeks ahead to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot guarantee the product will be printed and shipped on time during busy times. Busy season times are usually Mother's Day, Back to School, Black Friday and Christmas.

NOT UNDELIVERABLE

If an item is marked undelivered it is returned to the seller. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, so please check you have included a FULL and correct delivery address.

** Shipping times vary due to weather/customs/public holidays/weekends and printing times. As such, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery day.  

**Please note: When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. This is out of our control.

**If you ordered Multiple different items they may come in on separate shipments but still within the estimated delivery time, there is no additional shipping fee if this happens.

Note: Australia and USA - Once an item's tracking number is marked “delivered by Australia Post or "accepted" by USPS we are no longer liable for the product, including non-delivery/theft, etc. All items are sent WITHOUT signature required delivery.
